About me
I’m Ute Thomas
I believe in deep connection and helping people find their place in the world to shine. Through the values of love, inclusion and psychological safety, I aim to make a difference to all the people and organisations I partner with. I do this through coaching and mentoring leaders.
I am a leadership and life coach specialising in retail and hospitality, with 24 years’ senior leadership experience in a fast paced discount retail environment, a degree in Psychology, a Masters in High Performance Leadership and a Masters in Executive Coaching & Mentoring. I am a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
